1. Parking – Up to three (3) cars can park in the driveway MAXIMUM. There is also overflow parking around the pool and at the end of Kono Way (next to the mailboxes). The HOA does not allow parking on street. 2. Family Rental Only – All guests MUST be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parents. Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of any advance payment or deposit and the party will not be permitted. 3. Maximum Occupancy – This property is licensed and insured for a maximum of 16 people, children included. This is strictly enforced by the City of Destin and resort. 4. No Parties or Events 5. No Smoking – This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250, there will be an increased cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages 6. Pets – No pets, no exceptions. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be asked to leave. 7. Candles/Flames – no fires or open flames including candles. 8. HOA Rules – Sorry no trailers, RVs, boats, or jet skis. Golf carts are OK!
